Do you provide quotes without a site visit?

Not typically. Every property has unique conditions that affect pricing. Photos help, but they don't show soil quality, drainage issues, or access challenges. A brief site visit ensures our quote reflects reality.

How quickly can you start work?

It depends on the season and our current schedule. During peak periods, we might need two to three weeks. Off-season, we can often begin within days. We'll give you an honest timeline during the assessment.

Do you work with commercial properties?

Yes. We maintain several commercial sites including office parks, retail centers, and strata properties. Commercial work follows the same philosophy—sustainable practices and transparent communication.

Can you work around specific schedules?

We try to accommodate preferences. If you need us to avoid certain days or work only when you're home, let us know during scheduling. Most requests are manageable with a bit of coordination.
